Godel is looking for a result-oriented Senior Learning and Development Specialist – a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will be a member of the global L&D function and team and report directly to the Head of Learning and Development. The role is responsible for delivering global projects across different locations. We expect the candidates to be in one of the following cities: Lodz, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Bialystok, Warsaw.

Requirements:
- University degree in education, human resources, business, management, psychology or equivalent L&D qualification
- 6+ years of proven experience in corporate Learning & Development
- Solid knowledge of adult learning principles, L&D methods, practices and trends, fundamentals of employee performance improvement and organizational behavior science
- Experience in leadership development
- Expertise in soft skills development
- Strong training design and delivery skills
- Group facilitation skills
- Experience in implementing digital and blended learning
- Experience of working with competency frameworks and skills matrixes
- Project coordination skills
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Fluent English and Russian
- Experience in international companies
- Ability to work without close supervision, analytical thinking
- Availability for occasional business trips, mainly across Polish locations
