• 10+ years of experience as a programmer,
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Rust,
• Deep knowledge of the Rust language, memory management, containers, and algorithms,
• Practical experience with unit testing and debugging,
• Knowledge of the most popular design and architectural patterns,
• Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle,
• Experience in proces automation CI/CD,
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE) and engineering practices,
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams.
