Senior Lead - Product Management M/F

• Lead Product Portfolio Governance – Establish and maintain structured decision-making processes for product portfolio management, ensuring alignment across business units
• Drive R&D Budgeting & Capitalization – Lead the budget & capitalization process for product investments, ensuring financial alignment with Finance and R&D.
• Facilitate Product Portfolio Meetings – Organize and drive regular product portfolio reviews to track progress, resolve conflicts, and align priorities.
• Ensure Portfolio Transparency – Maintain an updated, structured, and visible product portfolio that reflects strategic priorities and investment decisions.
• Align Stakeholders – Act as the central point of contact between Key Account Management, Finance, PMO, Business Units, and R&D to drive portfolio decisions.
• Optimize Product Investment Strategy – Work with Finance to secure long-term funding and ensure product investments align with business objectives from product development
• Monitor Portfolio Portfolio Performance – Define and track KPIs to measure the success of portfolio decisions and ensure continuous optimization.
• Streamline Portfolio Governance Processes – Develop and refine product portfolio management frameworks, templates, and best practices.
• Drive Functional Development Strategies – Drive improvements projects related to Product Management together with PMO, Finance and Sales Excellence to ensure continuous improvements.

We’re offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Lead within our Product Management function. You will be the primary lead and responsible of the decision and budgeting process, capitalization products and product portfolio meetings to secure alignment and processing towards internal stakeholders.

Management of KK IP product groups and closely collaborate with main stakeholders across the company (Key Account Management, Finance, PMO Business Units and Product Development). You will drive and ensure a clear and updated Product Portfolio with strict decision making processes, leading budgeting and capitalization topics.
