As our first Senior Lead Developer, you will be the driving force behind the code. This project involves complex integrations between mobile apps and wearable technology. You will work closely with the CTO to build a product that is both technically robust and intuitive for people who need it most.
We want a developer who is a systems thinker and comfortable working across different languages. We are specifically looking for someone who can build the logic for “accountability circles,” allowing users to safely share their progress with family or sponsors.

Extensive experience in the consumer app space, ideally with wellness or habit-change apps.
A track record of delivering high-quality code in a startup setting.
Experience building permission-based features for family or group accounts.
Someone who is motivated by the mission of addiction prevention.
Practical system design for low-latency communication between smartwatches and mobile.
Designing secure API contracts for real-time reporting to sponsors and family members.
Expert knowledge of Swift and Kotlin for native performance.
Hands-on experience with Apple Watch and general smartwatch notifications.
Building and integrating APIs for real-time intervention and alert systems.
Implementing biometrics and haptic feedback triggers for wearables.
