Our services

• Consultancy – basic evaluation, task and project objective definition, optimisation studies, variant investigations, feasibility studies, and investment cost estimates.
• Civil Engineering – design facilities to meet future business and operational needs within all disciplines in house.
• Process Integration – integration of process systems from raw materials to factory.
• ISBL Projects – O&G, Refining, Hydrogen and CO² capture core process knowhow with close cooperation with licensors.
• PMC – project and construction management, steering the whole project from start to finish with a focus on safety, time, budget, quality, and sustainability.
• EPCm – all services in one package, covering optimised solutions from first business case idea to commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver key consulting energy and energy-related assignments, including technical due diligence, feasibility studies, master planning, and early-stage concept development.
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Advise clients on regulatory frameworks and planning constraints.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with clients.
• Lead internal project teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary experts across the company.
• Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.
• Develop an energy-related consultancy team across CEE.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, technical advisory, or project management.
• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in civil engineering, architecture, or economics.
• Strong understanding of permitting and construction processes in industrial/infrastructure contexts.
• Experience in the CEE region is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher B2).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client and site meetings.
• (Nice to have) License as a Professional Engineer or equivalent qualification.
