We are looking for a Senior Lawyer based in our Poznań location to join our ROCKWOOL Global Business Service Center team.

Your future team: 

You will be part of the international ROCKWOOL Group Legal and Compliance team that works closely with all local legal counsels and compliance managers throughout the ROCKWOOL group and supports the business within 20+ legal areas of responsibility.

What you will be doing: 

You will provide legal advice and support to ROCKWOOL Group companies worldwide, collaborating with local in-house or external lawyers.

More specifically, you will: 

Advise stakeholders in determining priorities from the perspective of associated legal risks and opportunities,

Support business to remain in compliance with regulatory standards, to protect their assets and property, and to provide value creating advice and guidance,

Manage the workflow of standard corporate agreements and other documentation in accordance with ROCKWOOL governance standards,

Secure internal governance, policy and process implementation and compliance audit projects as required by law, internal regulations, or requested by the line manager,

Create and adapt internal policies and procedures, execute on corporate governance activities in accordance with the applicable law and deadlines,

Perform regular reviews and provide reports on key legal risks and issues related to the supported legal entities of ROCKWOOL Group,

Provide training, daily guidance and share insights on ethics and compliance at the workplace,

Handle and coordinate the cooperation with external lawyers.

What you bring: 

At least 5 years’ experience as attorney-at-law,

Prior experience from the legal department of a multinational company or from a globally oriented legal firm,

Experience in the following areas (one or more): marketing law, greenwashing, governance and company law, AI-compliance, IPR, data retention/information security, stock market regulations

Fluent spoken and written English,

Natural communicator, able to convey complicated legal matters simply and engagingly, regardless of the audience.

Well-organized, thorough and diligent in your work approach.

Willing to travel periodically for business purposes.
