Project

You will be involved in a major financial transformation project, delivering the Group KYC Tool — an enterprise-wide solution that underpins the company’s approach to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. This initiative is central to enhancing financial crime risk management, streamlining onboarding processes, and aligning with global regulatory standards.

Responsibilities youll have

Being part of a large-scale transformation programme, contributing to the design and delivery of the Group KYC Tool across the enterprise

Driving capability design through prototyping and stakeholder engagement, bringing expert insight into financial crime risk and customer due diligence

Guiding requirements teams to align with capability design, ensuring clarity of context and quality of solution specifications

Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure end-to-end design integrity and delivery alignment

Working with the Design Function Lead and other senior designers to ensure cohesion, consistency, and optimal integration of KYC capabilities

Identifying and propose pragmatic, risk-based design options to meet strategic objectives within tight timelines

Leading stakeholder engagements, communicating complex design concepts with clarity to drive informed decision-making

Expected competences and knowledge

Experience in the AML/KYC domain within financial services

Deep expertise in financial crime regulations, customer due diligence, and risk-based approaches

Proven ability to lead or manage design teams delivering KYC processes, policies, and systems

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business, compliance, and technology teams

Track record of delivering within complex transformation programmes or regulatory change initiatives

Solid understanding of the solution development lifecycle (SDLC), agile delivery, and design governance

Ability to connect the dots across business objectives, customer experience, and compliance obligations

Leadership mindset with a results-oriented, delivery-driven approach
