Senior Kotlin Developer / Tech Lead (KotlinPython) Miejsce pracy: Gdynia Technologies we use Expected Kotlin Python About the project Salary: 1000-1400 pln/day on B2B Work mode: elastic hybrid (1 day per week from Gdynia/Warszawa/Kraków/Rzeszów) You will join the Language Intelligence team, responsible for building and scaling intelligent solutions supporting language-driven features within the product ecosystem. The team works in a cross-functional setup, closely collaborating with Product, UX, and Business stakeholders. The role combines strong engineering leadership with hands-on technical involvement, ensuring engineering excellence, high-quality delivery, and alignment between business goals and technical execution. This is a leadership position with real impact on architecture, delivery strategy, and product evolution.
