Senior Kotlin Developer

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Kotlin (JVM).
• Implement and optimize microservices, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Bounded Context principles to create well-structured and maintainable software.
• Build and manage asynchronous event-driven systems using Kafka.
• Design and maintain relational database schemas using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver end-to-end features.
• Ensure high-quality code by writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and following best practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and decisions for a modern, cloud-based platform.

Our requirements

• Strong experience with Kotlin (JVM).
• Hands-on expertise in Gradle for building and managing projects.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Bounded Context Design.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems, particularly Kafka.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
