Responsibilities

  • Long-term and strategic planning of cooperation with key clients (discount stores)
  • Creating a business development strategy with a client group in line with company priorities
  • Preparing negotiation plans and conducting annual conversations with selected key clients
  • Actively participating in increasing the companys market share in one of the sales channels
  • Co‑working with the Group Key Account Manager in designing long‑term business objectives and execution plans
  • Superior execution, implementing solutions based on Perfect Store elements
  • Building a network of relationships both within the organization and with clients

Qualifications

  • Years of experience in the Sales department in a Key Account Manager role (experience with discount stores a plus)
  • Broad understanding of the FMCG market and its governing processes
  • Ability to act quickly and work in a frequently changing environment
  • Advanced level of English
  • Highly developed organizational and analytical skills
  • Category B drivers licence
