ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Main duties will include:

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for Poland and the Baltic region.
• Manage and expand relationships with major retail partners (modern trade, discounters, e-commerce, wholesale).
• Build long-term partnerships and grow business with key retail groups.
• Lead annual negotiations, promotional agreements, and ensure profitable category growth.
• Take responsibility for sales performance, market share, and category development.
• Monitor market dynamics, competition, and customer trends.
• Represent the company in the region, including holding the formal position of Managing Director of the local entity (administrative duties only).
• Collaborate closely with HQ teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operational execution.

• Established network of FMCG sales contacts in the meat sector - essential.
• At least 10 years of experience in FMCG sales and key account management (preferably in the meat industry).
• Proven success in managing leading retail chains in Poland and the Baltic region.
• Strong credibility and relationships with retail decision-makers.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in international organisations; entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a lean setup.
• Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of Russian or a Baltic language will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (e.g. onboarding, meetings); flexibility required.
