Senior Key Account Manager We are looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead commercial development in Poland and the Baltic countries. The ideal candidate will come from the FMCG meat sector and have a proven track record in international organisations, working with major retailers across modern trade and discount channels. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the sales strategy for Poland and the Baltic region. Manage and expand relationships with major retail partners (modern trade, discounters, e-commerce, wholesale). Build long-term partnerships and grow business with key retail groups. Lead annual negotiations, promotional agreements, and ensure profitable category growth. Take responsibility for sales performance, market share, and category development. Monitor market dynamics, competition, and customer trends. Represent the company in the region, including holding the formal position of Managing Director of the local entity (administrative duties only). Collaborate closely with HQ teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operational execution. Requirements: Established network of FMCG sales contacts in the meat sector – essential. At least 10 years of experience in FMCG sales and key account management (preferably in the meat industry). Proven success in managing leading retail chains in Poland and the Baltic region. Strong credibility and relationships with retail decision-makers. Excellent negotiation, commercial, and relationship-building skills. Experience in international organisations; entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a lean setup. Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of Russian or a Baltic language will be an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally (e.g. onboarding, meetings); flexibility required. We offer: High level of independence and significant business impact.
