The Job
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to deliver customized solutions that drive mutual success.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Monitor and analyze account performance to identify opportunities for growth, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Set clear goals for team members, provide regular feedback, and support ongoing professional development.
- Develop and implement strategies for key account growth, retention, and satisfaction in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and team achievements to senior management.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations, promoting best practices throughout the organization.
About You

- Documented experience in sales.
- Experience in leading, managing, or mentoring teams within a business environment.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, including planning, budgeting, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities using innovative approaches.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and customer‑focused attitude.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with proven organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
