Responsibilities

  • Creating documentation for the Business Management department (presentations, case studies, document and contract templates)
  • Conducting market analysis and monitoring trends
  • Cooperating with Delivery to enhance the quality of offers and products
  • Participating actively in industry conferences and client meetings
  • Implementing actions and plans according to Business Management strategy
  • Cross-selling Mindbox services to active clients
  • Mapping client organizations to reach new PoCs
  • Researching client needs and analyzing issues
  • Managing tender processes
  • Verifying Delivery department pricing
  • Preparing and submitting pricing and substantive offers
  • Leading client meetings
  • Conducting price negotiations
  • Managing the entire portfolio of assigned clients
  • Analyzing lost sales opportunities and sharing conclusions

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills for market and target group analysis
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the Delivery department to improve offers and products
  • Proactive participation in conferences and meetings with potential clients
  • Strategic thinking and ability to execute plans in line with Business Management strategy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in cross-selling services to existing clients
  • Capability to map client organizational structures to identify new Points of Contact (PoC)
  • Skill in identifying client needs and analyzing problems
  • Attention to detail in tender processes and offer preparation
  • Ability to manage and nurture a portfolio of assigned clients
