Overview
Senior Key Account Manager – Hasbro Poland. Hybrid, full-time role, based in Warsaw. In-office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
Hasbro European Services provides various services to Hasbro business units in Europe and the Middle East and Africa.
Role summary: We are seeking a highly motivated senior KAM to join our team to drive growth, build strong partnerships with top Multi-Market retail customers, and lead sales strategy in alignment with the Group Account Director.
Main responsibilities
- Accountable for the delivery of the budgeted Sales Targets and investment budget delivery for relevant Multi-market customers, including forecasting, gap analysis, risk mitigation, and sales-out trends.
- Align joint business targets and KPIs for mutual growth; coordinate regular update meetings and ensure Hasbro’s Brand and Portfolio priorities are reflected.
- Manage multi-market planning, tracking, pace, and course correction actions (risk and opportunity planning).
- Drive range selection alignment (including exclusives) and Direct Import (DI).
- Lead cross-market projects and initiatives; collaborate regionally to create bespoke marketing activation plans and retailer initiatives; support operational efficiencies.
- Negotiate contracts and/or net pricing in native market language with counterparts.
- Support Consumer Products through integration within the Multi-Market team and major retailer pitches/events.
- Own and execute DI in partnership with DI resource; align ranging, forecasting, and investment; ensure orderbook visibility and course correction.
- Support Group Account Directors with centralized Closeout & excess Packages.
- Maintain Logility SKU input for relevant markets and participate in SAR attendance/input/reviews.
- Collaborate on supply chain and allocation processes; manage orderbook & supply chain tracking for all markets with regional/local demand planning functions.

Compensation and Employment Details
Gross annual salary range: 184,000 – 277,000 PLN, depending on skills and experience.
