Jeżeli w dokumentach aplikacyjnych zawarte są dane, o których mowa w art. 9 ust. 1 RODO konieczna będzie zgoda kandydata na ich przetwarzanie (art. 9 ust. 2 lit. a RODO). Zgoda może zostać odwołana w dowolnym czasie. Wycofanie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej wycofaniem.
Dane osobowe podane przez kandydata związane z:
- uczestnictwem w wybranym procesie rekrutacyjnym będą przechowywane do czasu zakończenia procesu rekrutacyjnego na dane stanowisko,
- uczestnictwem w przyszłych procesach rekrutacyjnych będą przechowywane do czasu cofnięcia zgody kandydata na przetwarzanie jego danych w tym celu, nie dłużej jednak niż 5 lat od dnia ostatniej aktualizacji danych kandydata.
Dane osobowe mogą być ujawnione pracownikom lub współpracownikom Spółki, jak też podmiotom udzielającym wsparcia Spółce na zasadzie zleconych usług i zgodnie z zawartymi umowami powierzenia oraz podmiotom uprawnionym na podstawie przepisów prawa, a także podmiotom współpracującym ze Spółką w zakresie pośrednictwa pracy, w celu prowadzenia procesów rekrutacyjnych. Dane osobowe, po wyrażeniu zgody przez kandydata, mogą być również udostępnione potencjalnemu pracodawcy, na rzecz którego prowadzony jest proces rekrutacji.
Podanie danych osobowych kandydata w zakresie wynikającym z art. 221 Kodeksu pracy jest niezbędne, aby uczestniczyć w procesie rekrutacyjnym. Podanie przez kandydata innych danych jest dobrowolne. Niepodanie danych osobowych w wymaganym zakresie lub wyrażenie sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania tych danych spowoduje niemożność uwzględnienia aplikacji w procesach rekrutacyjnych prowadzonych przez Spółkę.
Kandydat posiada prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych i ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania oraz prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. Chłodna 48/1, 00-872 Warszawa, e-mail: , contact with the Data Protection Officer is available via e-mail: Personal data collected through job applications (CV) within the scope provided for in labor regulations shall be processed in order to allow performance of the ongoing recruitment pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (further referred to as GDPR). In case of giving consent to processing of data for future recruitment processes – personal data shall be processed under the consent, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. If the Application form contains data referred to in Art. 9(1) of the GDPR, it shall be necessary to have the candidates consent for the processing of such data (Art. 9(2)(a) of the GDPR). The consent can be revoked at any time. Withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing that had been performed under the consent prior to its withdrawal.
Personal data provided by the candidate related to:
- participation in a selected recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment process is completed for a given position,
- participation in future recruitment processes will be stored until the candidates consent to the processing of their data for this purpose is withdrawn, no longer, however, than for 5 years since the last update of the candidate’s data.
Personal data may be disclosed to employees or associates of the Company, entities providing support to the Company on the basis of outsourced services or in accordance with data processing agreements, to entities authorized under the law, as well as to entities collaborating with the Company within the scope of job placement, in order to conduct recruitment processes. Submission of the candidate’s personal data within the scope under Art. 221 of the Labor Code is obligatory for participation in the recruitment process. Submission of other data by the candidate is voluntary. No submission of personal data within the required scope or objection to the processing of such data shall result in lack of possibility to include the Application in the recruitment processes conducted by the Company.
The candidate has the right to access and rectify the contents of their data, remove such data, limit its processing, transfer such data, submit objection to the processing and revoke the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing conducted under such consent before it was withdrawn. The candidate also has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when they consider the processing of their personal data to be a violation of the provisions of the GDPR.

Les données à caractère personnel fournies par le candidat et liées:
- à la participation à un processus de recrutement choisi seront conservées jusqu’au moment où le processus de recrutement à un poste donné a été terminé,
- à la participation à des processus futurs de recrutement seront conservées jusqu’au retrait du consentement du canditat au traitement de ses donnés à cette fin au maximum pendant 5 ans à compter de la date de la dernière mise à jour des données du candidat.
Les données à caractère personnel peuvent être divulguées aux employés ou collaborateurs de la Société, ainsi qu’aux entités offrant à la Société leur soutien sous forme de services externalisés, en vertu des contrats de cession existants, et aux entités autorisées en vertu des dispositions légales ainsi qu’aux entités coopérant avec la Société dans le domaine du placement en vue de réaliser les processus de recrutement. Suite au consentement donné par le candidat, les donnes à caractère personnel peuvent être également communiquées à un employeur potentiel pour le compte duquel le processus de recrutement est effectué.
La fourniture des données à caractère personnel du candidat dans la mesure visée à l’art. 221 du Code du travail est nécessaire pour participer au processus de recrutement. La fourniture des autres données par le candidat est facultative. Si les données à caractère personnel dans la mesure requise ne sont pas fournies ou si l’opposition au traitement de ces données est faite, la prise en compte de la demande d’emploi dans les processus de recrutement effectués par la Société sera impossible.
Le candidat bénéficie du droit d’accès au contenu de ses données, du droit de les faire rectifier, du droit d’effacer, d’en limiter le traitement, du droit à la portabilité, de faire opposition au traitement et de retirer son consentement à tout moment sans incidence sur la licéité du traitement effectué sur la base du consentement donné avant son retrait.
