Senior Jira Technical Consultant

For our customer, leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation we are looking for a Senior JIRA Technical Consultant who will work as part of the Jira technical team dedicated to provide technical support to end users and implement configuration changes aligned with policies and standards.

Your daily tasks:
- Working as a Jira admin, collaborating with architects, leads, and engaging with users/stakeholders, supporting automated/bulk updates, data migration activities, customizations, integration with other tools, data analysis, etc.
- Managing incident requests on a daily basis and expectations as well as priorities, meeting defined SLA and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Experience with Jira Data Center or Server configuration for a large user base.
- Ability to set up and administer Confluence platform.
- Proficiency in utilizing plugins and integrations with Jira and Confluence.
- Support for project and space migration in Jira and Confluence.
- Basic knowledge of Scrum and Scaled Agile.
- Skills in data analysis and consultancy.
- Experience in working with global teams and users.
