- Proven JavaScript Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript, with strong proficiency in both React.js and Node.js
- Commitment to Quality Code: Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code following best practices such as XP and TDD
- Agile Mindset: Strong focus on delivering working software efficiently,
with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement - Leadership and Ownership: Ability to take ownership of technical challenge a proactive, "can-do" attitude, and the capacity to lead technical initiatives
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively
Preferred skills or what you can develop with us:
- Experience with cloud-based appreciations and microservices (AWS, Gitlab CI)
- Automation testing on various levels (BDD, Performance testing, Contract testing)
- Distributed event streaming solutions (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar)
- Understanding how the code can be shipped (Docker, Kubernetes)
