We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Script Developer to join our team and provide technical leadership and mentorship. responsibilities : Make strategic technical decisions ensuring scalability, security, performance, and adherence to best practices. Design the architecture of front-end solutions using React.js or back-end solutions using Node.js. Focus on best practices regarding testing, security, monitoring, performance, and system reliability. Act as a mentor to mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews, presentations, workshops, and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, communicating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Use data, product insights, and user needs to drive decision-making, ensuring we deliver the best possible solutions. requirements-expected : Expert proficiency in Java Script/Type Script (6+ years of commercial experience). Deep knowledge of React.js (front-end) or Node.js (back-end). Experience working with databases (No SQL: Mongo DB, Firebase, and SQL). Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, npm/yarn, Webpack, and Babel. Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable systems. Strong debugging, refactoring, and testing skills. Experience with Docker for containerizing applications and streamlining deployments. Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, social logins).
