For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Senior Java Software Engineer (finance)
Location: remote Branch: project in Finance sectorJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 12 monthsRate: 120-160 PLN/h net on B2BStart date: ASAPWorking hours: Business working hoursRemote work: 100% remote

Tech stack:Java, Spring, AWS, FX, Ansible, Linux
Project:Project for a large client from the IT / Financial sector
What will you do:

• Developing custom pricing and trading platforms
• Distributing market data to external clients
• Maintain and enhance the existing e-trading platform
• Collaborate with various eFI teams
• Contribute to shaping the platform’s future through new projects and evolving business requirements

What we expect from you:

• Strong experience in electronic trading systems
• Expertise in low-latency programming
• Proficient in Java and Object-Oriented Design
• Familiarity with AWS and preferably Ansible
• Solid understanding of Linux systems
• Networking knowledge: TCP, UDP, Ethernet, HTTP
• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
• Developing multi-threaded / concurrent applications
• Code analysis, performance tuning, and profiling of real-time, high-volume, low-latency systems
• In-depth knowledge of FX or E-Fixed Income trading practices
• Ability to clearly explain complex issues to diverse audiences
• Strong communication skills, especially with senior traders and developers
• General understanding of eTrading systems
• Very good command of spoken and written English (min. B2)

What would be a plus:

• Experience with Agile Development Practices:
• TDD, BDD, Automated Builds, Continuous Integration
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies
