Your future team

You’ll join a cross-functional team modernizing critical dealer-facing apps. We own the full lifecycle — architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement. Every 10 weeks we pause delivery for Innovation Days to explore new tech and ideas. Your work will directly impact how thousands of dealers run their daily operations.

Must have:

• Strong backend expertise in Java and Spring
• Experience as a Senior Engineer / Lead Developer
• Hands-on production experience in Angular/TypeScript
• Experience designing APIs and integrating with other systems
• Agile mindset, experience in cross-functional teams
• Interest in growing into a Tech Lead role

Nice to have:

• Deeper expertise in Angular/TypeScript
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Exposure to IBM WebSphere
• Strong communicator, mentor mindset
