Project Overview
The client is undertaking a strategic platform transformation – migrating from Java 11 to 17 and moving from a monolithic architecture to microservices. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. Recruitment covers several dozen positions across diverse skill sets, with specialists joining existing teams of approximately 8–12 members.
The environment is challenging, so we are looking for highly autonomous, proactive individuals with excellent communication skills. The client expects engineers to be fully prepared to contribute from day one, without the need for additional technical onboarding.
- Start: no later than early February 2026 (candidates available from January are also welcome)
- End: end of 2026
- Work model: remote; onboarding (1 day) and PI Planning (3 days) in Warsaw
- Rate: 170 PLN/h (B2B)
- Recruitment process: HR interview + technical interview with the client
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software development
- Strong proficiency in Java and good knowledge of Python
- Experience in building systems using microservices architecture
- Proficiency with Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS
- Familiarity with banking protocols: SWIFT, EBICS, SFTP
- Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale financial systems
- High level of autonomy, responsibility, and ability to work in a demanding environment
