Senior Java Full-Stack Developer with German

Location: Wrocław / Warszawa / Katowice

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

The opportunity

As a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer in Consulting, you will participate in various streams of implementation projects and collaborate with agile team members to achieve project and client goals. We are looking for passionate developers willing to move our projects on a new track! You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working with top leaders in their industries.

Your key responsibilities

• Work as a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer to contribute in various streams of implementation projects
• Writing unit tests for created software
• Collaborate with agile team members to achieve project and client goals
• Participation in design and test activities

Skills and attributes for success

• Highly proficient in web-based OOP (functional programming will be a plus)
• Experience deploying web applications on large cloud-based services provider e.g. Azure/AWS
• Experience working with web services / APIs e.g. SOAP / REST
• Solid knowledge in JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS3 and responsive single page design
• Knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience with React or Angular
• Knowledge of Clean Code and Unit Testing
• Experience with Source Code Management, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and automated deployment
• Passion for agile / scrum methodology

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 5+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position
• Demonstrable experience of Java and frameworks commonly used in Java projects
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+)
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or other Technical qualification

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ is an advantage
• Hands-on experience working with microservices architecture
• Certificates proving certain skills: Java, Spring, SQL, AWS or Azure Cloud
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage
