responsibilities :
Take an active part in the energy transition by developing novel functions for Vaillant heating systems in the environment of our IoT solution to offer our customers maximum comfort and energy efficiency
Develop novel functions for the optimized control of our heating systems based on the analysis of existing data and the implementation of intelligent control algorithms using modern technologies
Take responsibility for providing the functions from "end to end": you will design software architectures and accompany the implementation of the required components (front-end, back-end, embedded)
Deploy the developed components on our Kubernetes cluster and automate the operation of the software components in the cloud (MS Azure)
Be a part of a cross-functional, self-managed team, design the software architecture together with the architects and ensure its implementation
requirements-expected :
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development, including Java, with current frameworks (Spring Boot, Quarkus, or similar) and are familiar with microservices architecture. C++ will be a plus
You know what it means to be responsible for the deployment, maintenance and monitoring of your software components on our Azure Kubernetes Cluster. You know Kafka, Mongo DB, GitOps
You are experienced in conceptualizing, implementing, and documenting complex functional relationships in a software system
You are experienced in working in agile project teams (SCRUM) and ideally also know the area of conflict between agile and classic project procedures from your own experience
You speak English fluently
