Your role will encompass everything from writing efficient, testable code to ushering software releases and exploring innovative technologies for continuous improvement.

What you will be doing

• Translating functional and non-functional requirements into working software with your team
• Working closely with the team to analyse, debug and resolve any defects
• A commitment to monitoring and observability, trying to find performance issues or bottlenecks in advance
• Ensuring technical debt is managed effectively (avoid creating it & remove it whenever there’s opportunity)
• Communicate clearly with everyone, translating non-technical and technical requirements appropriately to stakeholders
• Understanding timelines and dependencies, coordinating with teams around you
• Taking responsibility for product delivery and your contributions to it

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Possess familiarity with gRPC (for specific roles)
• Demonstrate proficiency in Java 8 and subsequent versions
• Exhibit competence in test-driven development practices
