- 4+ years of experience with Java 11+ in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Experience with REST APIs and messaging (JMS, Kafka or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Maven, Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid knowledge of SQL and databases; experience with JPA / Hibernate
- Understanding of concurrent and multi-threaded programming in Java
- Fluent English and experience working in distributed teams
- Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week on-site)
Nice to have
- Experience with Python and/or Scala
- Kubernetes and cloud platform exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with Spark or big data solutions
