Compensation

• We offer only employment contracts and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range — starting from 16.500 PLN gross per month

• A solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Solid 5+ years of experience with Java and professional experience in development
• Experience with test-driven development, clean code, design patterns, etc.
• Open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Familiar with working in an agile environment
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Get-things-done attitude
• Good English communication

,[You will develop a product that is essentially a distributed debugger running invisibly in complex production environments, delivering maximum value while incurring minimum overhead., You will develop an application that works both in multi-cloud and on-premises environments., You will be a part of the whole implementation process, starting with talks with Product Managers and Architects through design, coding and release preparation., You will be a part of a mature development team with years of experience., You will have one day per sprint devoted just to self-development and mentoring from best-in-class software engineers., You will have the opportunity to convert your ideas into patents with your name on them., You will be working with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, utilizing collaborative practices such as pair programming to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
