Senior Java Developer – Kraków (2 days/week in office)
Rate: 180–230 PLN/h B2B
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join the Core Software Engineering team within the Digital Transformation of Client Outreach program in Global Banking & Markets. The goal of the program is to deliver a best-in-class client onboarding experience using modern, user-friendly, and cost-effective technologies.

- 8–12 years of experience in IT
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience with Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate JPA
- Hands-on experience with microservices and design patterns
- RESTful API design and development
- Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Familiarity with Python and Groovy
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Docker, Git
- Messaging systems (e.g., Solace)
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Databases: MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of backend architecture and design patterns
Nice to Have:
- Experience with UNIX/Linux environments
- Background in NLP or AI-based solutions
- Familiarity with MS Visio or Visual Paradigm
- Understanding of cloud-native development
