Design and build key modules within company-wide Java Backend SDK
Develop utility and functional components across areas such as data access, messaging, observability, identity management, and more
Collaborate closely with platform, cloud, and frontend teams to ensure smooth integrations
Continuously enhance performance, reliability, and the developer experience
Mentor developers and help establish best practices and standards for backend engineering
requirements-expected :
5+ years of professional experience in Java development, including Spring Boot
Skilled in both MongoDB and PostgreSQL, able to make informed choices about their appropriate use cases
Experience with event-driven architectures, ideally with Kafka
Knowledgea about distributed systems, with a strong focus on observability and performance optimization
Good practice in writing secure, scalable, and maintainable code
Familiarity with working in cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
Good English - at least B2
