• Expertise: Solid experience in Java 8/17/21 and large-scale Spring + Hibernate applications.
• Technical Core: Strong command of SQL, RESTful APIs, and Git/Maven/TeamCity environments.
• Architectural Mindset: Familiarity with microservices and Apache Kafka (or a strong desire to learn).
• Seniority: You are a Senior or an ambitious Mid+ developer with a proactive, growth-oriented attitude.
