• Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer or in Java Tech Leader role
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies and how they integrate with back-end services
• Knowledge in JavaScript
• Experience with Angular (nice to have)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
• Openness to mentoring and guiding less experienced developers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
