Must have:

• Experience in Java development
• Quick learning abilities, innovative thinking, being goal-oriented
• Experience in part of the stack we are using
• Experience in working with scalable, distributed solutions
• Drive for self-development
  
• Ability to implement business requirements with technical solutions - asking clarification questions, reviewing specifications, creating technical specifications (clear development-ready instructions) from business requirements and high-level functional specifications

Nice to have:

• Leadership skills
• knowledge of frontend development stacks
