• We’re looking for a Java Developer with strong DevOps skills and hands‑on experience running workloads on Red Hat OpenShift. You will build Java microservices, automate delivery pipelines, and help maintain reliable, secure, and observable cloud‑native platforms.

• Develop and maintain Java microservices (Spring Boot) integrating with databases, APIs, and Kafka/AMQ.
• Containerize applications (Docker/S2I) and optimize images for performance and security.
• Deploy and operate services on OpenShift (deployments, routes, services, config/secrets, operators).
• Build CI/CD using Tekton and manage GitOps flows via Argo CD.
• Implement observability: logs, metrics, alerts (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/EFK).
• Automate tasks using Bash, PowerShell, Python, oc CLI, Helm/Kustomize.
• Apply DevSecOps practices: image & dependency scanning (Trivy, Clair, Snyk), RBAC, secure coding.
• Tune JVM and troubleshoot performance issues in containerized workloads.

• Strong Java & Spring Boot experience.
• Practical experience with OpenShift and containerization.
• CI/CD knowledge (Tekton, Maven/Gradle, GitOps/Argo CD).
• Familiarity with observability tools and cloud‑native troubleshooting.
• Understanding of DevSecOps and automation scripting.
