Your tasks

1. Develop new features
2. Maintain, improve, and extend platform
3. Take care of system stability and performance
4. Cooperate within the self-organized agile team - participate in meetings, code reviews etc.
5. Support integration of Schenker services on the platform
6. Share knowledge and mentor others

Requirements

1. Over three years of commercial experience in Java
2. Proven experience with Spring and/or Spring Boot
3. Good understanding of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies, such as JPA and Hibernate
4. Ability to write clean code
5. Ability to develop well-tested applications
6. Experience with building tools such as Maven or Gradle
7. Experience with Git
8. Proficiency in English (reading and writing)

Nice-to-have:

1. Experience in Kotlin
2. Working experience with cloud platforms (ideally having worked with AWS)
3. Familiarity with Docker, its ecosystem, container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes
4. Familiarity with Microservice Architectures
5. Experience with containerized Spring Boot Applications for Microservice Architectures
6. Familiarity with work methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
7. Familiarity with CI/CD
