JAVA DEVELOPER :

Job Title: Java Developer

A passionate developer who loves solving problems and is driven by challenge? Can you navigate complex code to transform and simplify? Do you apply critical thinking to evaluate a problem? Then you may be the one we are looking for who can:

1. Write and test product development code
2. Apply core and advanced concepts to develop business solutions
3. Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide architecture
4. Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency)
5. Triage product or platform issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality
6. Challenge vague requirements to gain clarity and avoid costly assumptions

Your Expertise :

1. Candidate with 8-10 yrs of experience
2. Must have experience with Java 8 / 11 / 21
3. Must have experience with Spring Boot / Hibernate / Kafka
4. Must have experience with Unit Testing / Integration Testing using various Java frameworks
5. Sound understanding of DevOps with Gitlab, exposure to Azure, Docker & Kubernetes
6. Sound understanding with ability to apply core and advanced Java concepts
7. Proven track record of enterprise level application development for 5+ years
8. Extensive experience of writing unit tests
9. Ability to write intermediate level SQL queries
10. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

1. Experience in Financial services industry and understanding of financial projects
2. Experience with Agile mode of working
3. Familiarity with Cloud based technologies
4. Familiarity with DevOps
