We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer to join our financing division, contributing to brokerage services and financial instruments within a cutting-edge, cloud-focused transformation. You’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to solving complex organizational challenges and driving innovation on our next-generation platform.
This role offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the clients office in Wroclaw/Kraków.
Candidates who join by 31st of May 2025, will receive a sign-on bonus equivalent to one months salary.
responsibilities :
Provide a technical excellence example for a team of developers delivering software end-to-end
Design, develop, implement, test, and deploy robust Java software components while applying best development practices, in line with agreed business requirements - work as part of an agile Scrum development team and collaborate with other IT teams globally
Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide on architecture
Triage product or platform issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality
Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
requirements-expected :
Substantial knowledge of Java with 3+ years of experience
Experience with Spring framework and Hibernate
Familiarity with databases, with a preference for Oracle
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
