We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join a team working in a product group that is transforming how investment banks execute digital projects. With over 20,000 internal users and strong support from both business and technology leadership, this tool is already automating key processes such as roadmap creation, strategic alignment using OKRs, and driving transformation through digital performance metrics. The next step is commercialization, with plans to license the product to external clients.

This position follows a flexible hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the office in Kraków or Wrocław.
responsibilities :
Design and develop our strategic platform enabling trade executions to flow from Operations and Regulatory applications, turning epics and features into robust functionality
Working closely with other agile pod members in sprints to iteratively deliver on the product requirements
Working with the product team to understand and implement required functionality
Help shape and scale a high-performance product that can be deployed across various organisations and technical ecosystems
requirements-expected :
Proven experience working with Java 17 and architecting, designing, developing, deploying and operating microservices (preferably in a Cloud environment)
Understanding of data structures and algorithms and how to apply them
A care for crafting clean code and continuously maintaining its quality: backend, front end and everything in between
Passionate about CI / CD, Deep and hands on experience in building enterprise class test automation services
