We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our core engineering team and work on a modern, highly scalable CRM platform built from the ground up.
The platform is a modular, highly configurable customer relationship management system designed to adapt to real business processes instead of forcing rigid workflows. It follows a composable, LEGO-like architecture that allows non technical users to design and optimize complex workflows with ease.
You will work closely with experienced engineers, architects, and product leaders on a platform that combines backend scalability, cloud native architecture, modern frontend solutions, and AI driven automation. The platform is actively evolving, with new features and technical challenges planned ahead.
You will join a mature Agile team of senior level specialists, where autonomy, ownership, and strong technical decision making are expected and valued.

responsibilities :
develop and maintain core backend services using Java and Spring Boot
contribute to the evolution of a modular, scalable CRM platform
work across different areas of the system depending on project needs
collaborate closely with frontend, product, and architecture teams
integrate third party systems and external services
ensure code quality, performance, and security
requirements-expected :
strong experience in Java backend development
hands on knowledge of Spring Boot and modern backend frameworks
experience working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
practical experience with Docker
ability to work across different technologies, mainly backend, with openness to frontend tasks
high level of adaptability and independence in a dynamic environment
strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and problem solving mindset
good communication skills and team orientation
English at B2 level

rate: 130 to 150 PLN +vat/h
