Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdynia (2-3 days per week from the office)
You will be involved in a financial project focused on streamlining payment flows compliant with ISO 20022 standards into a regulatory payment archive.
The project aims to ensure high-performance processing, regulatory compliance, and secure archiving of financial transactions within a modern, event-driven architecture.
You will work in Agile teams delivering scalable and reliable payment processing solutions in a regulatory environment.
responsibilities :
Developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Streamlining and optimizing payment flows into a regulatory payment archive
Implementing and maintaining high-performance Kafka-based event streaming solutions
Writing and optimizing database logic in Oracle and PL/SQL
Collaborating within Agile teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable financial systems
Designing and developing solutions for processing ISO 20022 payment messages
requirements-expected :
Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot
Solid hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including performance tuning
Practical experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL
Good understanding of ISO 20022 payment message structure
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a regulatory/financial environment
