Freelance Senior Java Developer

SKILLS: Java | Spring | SQL | Angular

B2B: PLN 150 - 180 / Hour 

LOCATION: POLAND (REMOTE)


Key Duties and Requirements: A Roadmap to Your Professional Success

Scope of responsibilities: 

  • Implementing new functionalities,
  • Fixing bugs in existing functionalities,
  • Addressing security vulnerabilities based on reported issues (the report contains a description of what needs to be done),
  • Ensuring code quality by performing code reviews for team members,
  • Deploying changes to development and testing environments (the process is automated),
  • Collaborating with testers and release managers,
  • Being a team player – we help each other, support each other in all tasks, and share knowledge,
  • Participating in stand-up meetings, etc.

Here’s a set of skills we require:

  • 7+ years of Java experience (Spring),
  • Knowledge of Angular,
  • Familiarity with software development best practices (RUP, XP, Agile),
  • Experience with SOA, Web Services, SOAP, JMS, Servlets,
  • Proficiency with UML,
  • Experience with SQL and ORM frameworks,
  • Familiarity with Apache Camel, JBoss Fuse, ESB, OSGi,
  • Very good spoken and written English (at least B2),
  • Communicative spoken and written Polish.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with OpenShift.

  3. Technical interview 2 - this is a video call with one of our client’s experts. We continue to assess your technical skills and fit for the position. Duration: approximately 60 minutes.
