Fincon Reply proactively advises banks, the Sparkassen Finance Group, insurance companies and near-financial companies as well as their suppliers on their digital transformation. The company provides on-site support with specialised teams of consultants and developers and delivers turnkey solutions.
Responsibilities
- You are part of a team dedicated to supporting a customer in the German financial industry, specifically in the field of life insurance.
- You develop Java applications with usage of techstack:
- Java Swing
- Spring
- Maven
- GIT
- Jenkins
- Jira, Confluence
- Oracle, DB2
- You are responsible for the product you build.
- You proactively bring in ideas to create innovative solutions.
- You work in an agile environment, using scrum.
- You meet with your team in the office (Katowice) at least once a month to plan your work and discuss progress.
- You take responsibility in a self-organized team.

- Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software Developer, with skills that align with the project’s technology stack.
- Experience in Life Insurance projects is a plus.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience working in a self-organized team.
- Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
- Communication skills in German is a plus.
