Were looking for someone to join our team in developing cutting-edge applications that help manage liquidity, generate client prices, and execute orders, both internally and externally. We use algorithmic execution when needed, and our systems are reliable, including some client-facing ones.

As part of our team, youll collaborate on designing, developing, testing, and releasing these innovative systems, with exciting opportunities to dive into pricing and algorithmic execution. If you have experience with low-latency systems and algorithmic trading, and a strong track record of delivering business requirements in an Agile environment, wed love to have you on board!

Your tasks

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements before starting the design and development process
• Create detailed technical designs for components based on business needs and overall system architecture
• Work closely with external consultants to provide technical and design guidance throughout the project
• Implement top-quality technical solutions based on agreed designs, following industry best practices such as continuous integration, automated unit, and integration testing
• Thoroughly test solutions before User Acceptance Testing
• Support the deployment of components to development and test environments when needed

Wymagania:

• At least 5 years of experience in Java server-side development with a solid understanding of multi-threaded programming
• Proven working history with highly available, multi-threaded, distributed systems
• Proficency in developing and optimizing low-latency systems
• Experience in operating trading desks within a large, multi-site investment bank with a strong eCommerce offering
• Hands-on practice with Foreign Exchange in a high-volume, low-latency environment
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems and delivering business requirements using Agile methodologies
• Understanding of Spot FX and Forward FX market conventions
• Fluent level of written and spoken English

Nice-to-have

• Experience with FX spot or equities algorithmic execution and pricing is highly desirable
