responsibilities :
Resolve blockers for the development team to ensure smooth project progress.
Maintain effective communication with technical architects and management to update on project status, challenges, and solutions.
Collaborate with QA teams to guarantee all quality gates are met before deployment.
Develop comprehensive production support documentation including walkthroughs.
Prepare and manage release checklists to ensure successful deployments.
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in backend development within the Payments or Financial Tech industry.
Strong knowledge of Cloud Native Technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and Istio Service Mesh.
Hands-on experience with Bash/Shell, Groovy or Java, Unix/Linux, Jenkins, and GitHub.
Proven ability to design, build, and maintain distributed containerized platforms.
Expertise in creating CICD pipelines for automated deployments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluent English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
