The IT Technical Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the organizations IT infrastructure and services while providing technical expertise and guidance to the rest of the team.
This position is designed for individuals who are not only skilled in technical analysis and problem-solving but also have the potential and desire to transition into a management role.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, and contribute to strategic IT initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and align with business goals.
responsibilities :
Provide technical support for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Participate in the development and execution of IT strategies that support the organization’s goals
Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Monitor and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
Provide training and support to end-users on new technologies and software applications.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or technical support role in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience leading IT projects and working collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of hardware components, troubleshooting techniques, and repair processes.
Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting of network issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership potential with a desire to grow into a management role
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluent in Polish and English, German or French an advantage
