• We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT System Engineer Active Directory & Identity to strengthen our global IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, security, and further development of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Identity Management systems in a hybrid cloud environment. You will play a key role in ensuring secure, efficient, and future-ready identity services across our international organization.

• Operate, secure, and optimize Active Directory, Azure AD, and IAM solutions
• Design and implement hybrid identity and access concepts including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication and directory service issues
• Automate identity processes with PowerShell and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with security and Zero Trust standards
• Collaborate with global IT teams on integration projects
• Document architectures, processes, and best practices

• Several years of experience in AD/Azure AD administration and design
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, PKI, Group Policies, LDAP
• Experience with IAM, authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth, SAML)
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
