Senior IT Support Specialist (FIS Payment Hub)

Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland PLN9,000 - PLN13,500

Responsibilities

  • supporting stable and secure operation and development of small enhancements for multiple applications in your portfolio
  • researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
  • consulting with the operations team, external software providers, and users to improve application performance
  • following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • collaborating in transition projects and in the further development of the service in general
  • creating and maintaining procedures for existing processes and documentation around knowledge management, compliance regulations and vulnerability remediation

Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English
  • university degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in delivering results in a fast paced, global and regulated business environment
  • sound IT software support experience
  • planning, coordination and organizational skills to ensure smooth application support processes and as well to assist the Product Manager or the customer directly
  • flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas

Nice to have

  • hands‑on experience with the application FIS Payment Hub
  • understanding of cash management processes
  • hands‑on experience in Cash Management
  • experience working in a banking environment
  • experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Amazon Web Services
  • experience with IT compliance documentation standards
  • ITIL certified or readiness to pursue one
