Hared Service Support
Hotline Support
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through friendly and competent communication.
Registering, classifying, and prioritizing incidents in the ticket system.
Handling standard inquiries and issues.
Documenting solutions and sharing information with the team.
Managing contract documents, access and identity management, resource management, and Active Directory permissions management.
Shared Service Cloud and Security
Plan, implement, and manage cloud architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS)
Monitor cloud resources for performance, availability, and cost efficiency
Evaluate new cloud and security technologies
Develop and enforce security policies for cloud and on-premises environments
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, BSI baseline protection)
Manage user and role permissions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM)
Implement Zero Trust strategies and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Security Monitoring & Incident Response
Set up and operate SIEM systems (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel)
Detect and analyze security incidents
Implement network segmentation and microsegmentation

requirements-expected :

Fluent in English (minimum B1 level written and spoken).
Completed education in IT or a comparable qualification.
3 - 5 years of experience in customer service
Solid knowledge of ticket systems and helpdesk software.
Experience in Cloud and Security environment (especially with Microsoft)
Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Team Player and resilience.
Good IT knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructures especially in the Cloud
Ability to identify and solve technical problems.
Security and Governance Knowledge
Experience with remote support tools and techniques
