Join us to sink your teeth into a challenging role as:
Senior IT Support Consultant
Imagine being part of our IT Operations Team in Group IT, handling incident management,
first and second level IT support by phone, e-mail and on-site.
Your primary responsibilities and tasks will be to deliver IT Support on your two factories in
Nowa Sol and Leszno, secondary remotely to our other locations in Denmark and Sweden.
You will be working closely with your IT Support colleagues in Copenhagen, Denmark. Your
work will be varied between the two locations in Poland, but you will also handling support
calls and tickets to the rest of the company. Some days you have the dispatcher role, which
runs in weekly rotation between the IT Support team members.
Your key collaboration partners will be your colleagues in Group IT, but you will interact with
people across our entire organization, both office workers and production.
We are looking for a candidate willing to work in two factories: in Leszno and Nowa Sól.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Solving first and second level incidents and responding to user service requests from
our Support helpdesk system;
Helping users with on-site support to fix hardware and software problems;
Provide walk-in support at our two locations;
Setting up laptops and other devices;
Proactively work to investigate and fix IT challenges;
Create end user documentation.
requirements-expected :
We expect the following personal, academic and professional competencies from the ideal
candidate:
Analytically and technically strong, with a taste for customer orientation, a customer
service mindset, and a curiosity for solving complex IT related issues;
Minimum of 5 years of IT Support consulting experience, preferably in an international
company, preferably with experience in: 1. And 2. Level supporter on support system and on phone, Windows 10/1, Office 365, Teams, Production IT, Printers, scanners etc., VMware infrastructure, Windows server;
Good network understanding;
Able to accommodate/understand user needs within company policies;
Installation and replacement of client hardware based on company policies;
Implementation of local systems and end user software;
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, effectively interacting
with others;
Flexible regarding workhours;
Must demonstrate ‘can-do’ attitude;
Analytical and structured person with problem solving skills;
Master degree, preferably IT, is a plus;
Ability to travel internationally;
Fluent written and spoken English.
