What you will be doing:

As the Senior IT Solution Architect , you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing modern, scalable web development solutions.

You will:

  1. Define and drive the software development design, ensure alignment with target architecture set with Innovation SA to fulfil organization's overall business objectives. Communicate architecture design and Solution vision minimum 2 times a year.
  2. Oversee the web development design, ensuring flexibility and scalability with modern architecture (composable, cloud, headless, API).
  3. Assess competences of delivery teams, ensuring they have the resources, talent, and tools to succeed, enabling quality and high productivity. Anticipate team transformation need, bringing outside in appropriate knowledge and best practices. Ensures that standardized ways of working, methods, project tools (Jira / confluence) and standards are adapted to every team, making it easier to move resources between teams.
  4. Focusing on strategy, culture, and long-term goals, rather than day-to-day technical or team management.
  5. Act as a bridge between delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project success, ensure alignment and understanding of priorities.
  6. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to support company goals.
  7. Build GenAI augmented development toolbox in SDLC to keep internal development team competitive.

What you bring:

  1. A higher degree in IT engineering or a related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in architecture, with a proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex solutions.
  3. Deep expertise in Composable Architecture, API-first design, UI libraries (Figma), Headless (Next.js), Azure Cloud, and Optimizely DXP.
  4. Broad understanding of various technologies, such as GenAI, data analytics, cloud computing, and system integration.
  5. Experience in assessing and implementing emerging technologies to drive business value.
  6. Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives from ideation to execution.
  7. Excellent English communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  9. Solid understanding of e-commerce business processes and experience working in agile and ITIL methodologies.
  10. Comfortable working in an international corporate culture.
