The Senior IT Service Desk Supporter will create a bridge between Saferoad businesses & IT and act as support function as well as a part of a swat team representing Group IT in different IT projects and tasks.
responsibilities :
1.To perform IT support & maintain service levels at Saferoad
Participate in the ticket resolving
Develop and share solutions to Service Desk tickets
Lead & motivate other IT supporters to follow solutions developed
Assist expanding the current IT setup support concept
Ensure IT Governance in accordance with guidelines agreed with Group IT.
2.Design solutions and networks to meet the Saferoad security standards
Develop new solutions for Saferoad businesses in our Azure network
Lead and support the execution of the solutions proposed by Group IT
Record and maintain the solutions allowing other Saferoad businesses to use them
3.Maintain infrastructure security & data integrity
Enable a high security standard
Assist in creation of Saferoad Security strategies
Migrate remaining parts of on premise and other networks to Saferoad’s Azure network
Setup routines & tools for doing monthly IT security review
Act as evangelist for
1.Saferoad IT strategy
2.a high group security level
3.GDPR compliance within group
4.Keeping the companies updated with the latest technology based on Group IT offerings
5.Improving the general IT knowledge within Saferoad using actual portfolio
MAIN INTERFACES
Head of Group IT
Head of Servicedesk and Group IT Servicedesk team
Daily support calls with Group IT team
Biweekly teams meetings with Group IT manager & Head of Servicedesk
Monthly physical meetings with Group IT team

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
Experience in handling IT service desk support
Experience in implementing MS Azure cloud infrastructure & applications
Working experience in multi-cultural, international environment
Task management skills
English as business language (speaking and writing)
