  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for SailPoint IdentityIQ functionalities, addressing issues related to user access and system performance.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for IAM processes, configurations, workflows, and customizations to ensure clarity and facilitate training for end-users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends in IAM technologies and SailPoint features. Propose enhancements to existing systems to improve efficiency, security, and compliance.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Extensive IAM Experience: approx. 5+ years supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Expertise in installation, integration, and deployment of IAM products like SailPoint, Microsoft, Secret Server, and Okta.
  • Authentication & Access Management: 5+ years working with Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

  • Privileged Access & Security: 3+ years specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM), vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
